Projects
9 projects, the oldest going back to 2009: 5 running, 2 still being built, 2 paused. Some I run alone, some with other people, and one never got past being an idea. They are here as they are.
- RunningFree Walking Tour SalzburgThe tip-based walking tour started in 2018, grown from one guide taking sign-ups at a hostel reception into a small licensed team.
- RunningRikschatours SalzburgSalzburg's rickshaw tour company, taken over from its founder after the pandemic pause: site and booking rebuilt, the offer cut back to three tours.
- RunningExclusive ExplorationsPrivate guiding in Salzburg, run with licensed guide Markus. Small scale, fixed experience categories, no marketplace and no upsells.
- BuildingIntroducing SalzburgA Salzburg content platform rather than another tour brand: long-form guides, a curated directory and video, with the tour brands sitting underneath it.
- BuildingNo Cost NomadA curated, commission-free directory of free walking tour companies. Listings link straight to the operator's own site; nothing is booked or ranked here.
- RunningKoreanischkursA German-language Korean course grown from lockdown YouTube videos into 300 videos, three books, live classes and an eLearning platform.
- RunningHyunok JangThe English-language counterpart to Koreanischkurs, run as Hyunok's own teaching brand and deliberately limited to a YouTube channel and translated books.
- PausedRoam AustriaAn Austria-wide travel directory and blog meant to extend the Salzburg work outward. Paused, and honest about it.
- PausedSitioA Salzburg concept for an honest short-stay apartment, plain coworking and quiet web work. Started as a reaction to a bad renovation.
